Coffee Break

Some Observations On Hand Pours – If you know me at all, you know my preferred method of making coffee is with a pourover, such as the Hario V60 or the Chemex. In my opinion, there is no better way to brew a cup of coffee, and pourovers draw the most flavors out of the coffee beans. It has stumped many people for a very long time, and even translators don’t know how to translate it properly. In this article, Chris Brauns takes a stab at what we do know, and gives a pretty good synopsis of what most scholars think about the word.

When My Fashion Accessory Told Me To Take A Hike – This is an older article from Tim Challies, but the point he makes about being a parent and on social media is a very important one.

Clash Of Clans Proves That Our Impatience Is Worth Billions – In-app purchases and our need for instant gratification. The connection shown here about our impatience is sickening really.
