Summer is in full swing, and with it our lives are settling down a bit. Even though we are staying very busy, things are starting to fall into a regular pattern and routine. That’s good.

But there are still plenty of opportunities for excitement. Our church’s Vacation Bible School occurred in June, and it was phenomenal! Plus, my daughter was in a car accident with my mother. Neither was hurt, just shaken up. But it added some extra stress to my life. we’re just thankful no one was hurt.

Now, if we could just finish unpacking…

With things settling into a routine, my ability to find the time to write has grown. I’ve posted more in the past month than I have in the last several. That’s pretty exciting.

My favorite post written in June was the flagship post of a series I have planned on the importance of routine. With two elements written already, and several more in the works, I’m pretty excited about this series. I hope that it is a helpful resource for many people.
